(CSE: SPR) (OTCQB: SRUTF) (FSE: 38G) (“Sproutly" or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agency partnership agreement (the “Partnership Agreement”) with Cannavolve Inc. (“Cannavolve”), Canada’s premier non-medical cannabis retail agency with an established industry footprint. Pursuant to the Partnership Agreement, Cannavolve will support the recreational retail distribution of Sproutly’s CALIBER branded dried flower products (the “Products”) in Canada. Cannavolve will utilize its agency platform and sales team to promote the CALIBER brand of products to Canadian retailers in an effort to support Sproutly’s route-to-market strategy.
Under the Partnership Agreement, Cannavolve will leverage its best in class sales team and strong relationships with retailers to deliver tailored retail execution for Sproutly’s CALIBER products for private and government-owned licensed cannabis retailers across Canada.
